Inkling is operated by Approve s. r. o., Ventúrska 277/16, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, IČO 56764031, [CONTACT EMAIL] ("we"). We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.
Without an account, your questions, answers, decisions and check-ins are stored only in your browser. To enforce the free daily limit we keep a random device ID and a one-way hash of your IP address with a daily counter.
If you sign in, we store your email address, your decisions and check-ins, your achievements and your reminder setting in our database (Supabase, servers in the EU), so your journal syncs across devices. Only you can read your decisions.

Providing the service you asked for (contract), sending reminders you switched on (consent, you can withdraw anytime), billing (contract and legal obligation), ad measurement (consent).
Account data stays until you delete your account. Usage counters are kept for 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can delete your account and all decisions anytime in the app (You → Delete my account and data). You can also ask us for access, correction, export or deletion at [CONTACT EMAIL], and complain to your data protection authority.
Inkling is intended for people aged 18 and over.
